After your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation as well as the release date for your True Glow product.
All orders will be processed within 48 hours of release date.
For a limited time, free shipping will be for orders $50 and above (after discounts and before taxes). Expected delivery within 7 business days after order has been processed.

Deliveries are contingent on your desired delivery method: standard, priority or overnight shipment.
A Flat Rate of $10 applies to all orders under $50
International Orders will incur a charge of $14 or more depending on the delivery location.
There are no in store pickups. All orders are shipped to customers' desired location.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price. Returns will be initiated after the release date.

All return instructions will be emailed within 48 hours of the return request.
Returns can only be processed within 7 business days of product receipt and products must remain untampered. Due to the nature of the global pandemic, COVID- 19, our client’s safety is our priority; therefore, all products must remain unopened for return eligibility.
Depending on the financial institution, refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account.

If you purchase an item with a credit or debit card connected to the PayPal account, the refund could take up to 30 days to show up in your account.
If you make a purchase using your bank account or PayPal balance, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account in 3 to 5 business days.
